At Inuio, we design and develop bespoke solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Given the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on our services.
Payment Terms and Milestone-Based Delivery
Our engagement process involves a staged delivery model, with payments tied to specific milestones:
- Initial Deposit
- Design/Prototype Approval
- Final Delivery and Acceptance
Client Consent and Acceptance
By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that:
- The solution is customized for your business.
- Payments are non-refundable once a milestone is completed and approved.
- The final payment confirms your acceptance of the delivered solution.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel the project before completion, we retain the right to invoice for work completed up to the cancellation point.
- No refunds will be issued for incomplete or canceled projects.
Dispute Resolution
For any disputes, we will work with you to resolve issues amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to Arbitration/Mediation in accordance with prevailing Bangalore, Karnataka laws.
